In short: we use your data only to create and publish your posts. We never sell it. Connected social accounts can be disconnected at any time, and you can ask us to delete everything.
Orbita (“we”, “us”) is a social media scheduling and AI content service available at orbitareels.com. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
1. What we collect
- Content you create: captions, images, videos, schedules and settings. On the self-serve plans, this is stored in your own browser (local storage) on your device.
- Business details you give us (Platinum): business name, what you sell, audience, tone, topics, proof points, call to action, language, and presenter description.
- Presenter images: AI-generated presenter images. Or, if you choose, a photo of a real person that you upload, which you confirm you have that person's consent to use.
- Connected account data: when you connect a social account, we receive an access token and basic profile information (such as channel or page name and ID) needed to publish on your behalf. We never see or store your password.
- Payment information: payments are processed by Razorpay. We receive the payment status and ID, never your full card or bank details.
- Contact details: your email or phone number, if you contact us or subscribe.
- Technical data: your approximate country (to show prices in your currency) and standard server logs.
2. How we use it
- To write captions and scripts, create images and videos, and schedule and publish posts that you request.
- To show you the right prices and process payments.
- To provide support and tell you about changes to the service.
We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or use your content to train AI models.
3. Google and YouTube data
If you connect YouTube, Orbita uses the YouTube Data API to upload the videos you schedule to your channel and to read basic channel information. This is done only when you ask us to.
Orbita's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
By connecting YouTube you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy. You can remove Orbita's access at any time at Google security settings.
4. Meta (Instagram, Facebook, Threads) and LinkedIn data
If you connect these accounts, we use the access they grant only to publish the posts you schedule and to show which account is connected. You can remove access at any time in that platform's settings, or by disconnecting in Orbita.
5. Service providers
To run Orbita, we use:
- Vercel: hosting.
- Google Cloud / Gemini: AI text, images, video and speech.
- Pollinations: AI images.
- Upstash: database.
- Razorpay: payments.
- Cloudflare: domain and DNS.
They process data only to provide their service to us. Some of them process data outside your country.
6. How long we keep it
We keep your data while you use Orbita. Access tokens are deleted when you disconnect an account. Business details and generated media are deleted within 30 days of cancellation or a deletion request, except where the law requires us to keep records, such as invoices.
7. Deleting your data
Email mvibhanshu199@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my Orbita data”, from the email linked to your account. We confirm within 2 business days and delete within 30 days.
Data stored in your browser can be removed at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser settings.
8. Security
Data is sent over HTTPS, and access tokens are stored server-side and never shown in the browser. No system is perfectly secure, but we limit access to your data to what is needed to run the service.
9. Children
Orbita is for businesses and adults. It is not intended for anyone under 18.
10. Your rights and contact
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time: mvibhanshu199@gmail.com. If we change this policy, the date at the top will change.
